After-hours research

There are still a few opportunities available – for people attending Congress – for after hours research at the National Library of Australia, National Archives of Australia and the Australian War Memorial. A ballot was held and most positions taken. The few that are left will be filled on a strictly ‘first in – first served’ basis.  So if you were a bit slow or reluctant  now us your opportunity.

Dates, times and maximum numbers are:

  • Australian War Memorial: 5-7pm on Thursday 26 March for a maximum of 40 people.
  • National Archives of Australia: 5-7pm on Thursday 26 March for a maximum of 15 people.
  • National Library of Australia: 5-8pm on Friday 27 March for a maximum of 40 people.

Each institution will provide additional information about making the most of these research opportunities. This information will be sent directly to those offered the opportunity.
